Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 14 days after receipt of your purchase. If more than 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may cancel your order at any point up until 4th December 2018, after which all orders will be shipped. You may contact us by emailing contact@guildmag.com if you wish to discuss your order or have trouble cancelling through the website.

RETURNS

If you have changed your mind about your purchase after delivery, you may return the magazine(s) to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging; we will not accept magazines that have been opened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email contact@guildmag.com with proof of purchase to begin the returns process; we will provide you with an address to ship your magazine(s) to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

We will provide a full refund for any returned magazines that are unused as specified in the previous section.

Refunds will also be provided for magazines damaged in transit – no return is required. You must provide photographic proof of the damage caused by a mail carrier to be eligible for a refund. At our discretion, and depending on stock availability, a replacement magazine may be offered in place of a refund.
